STUDENT ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

In order for your application, admission process, and enrollment to be complete, you must submit the following before starting courses. Once we receive your application, references, and registration fee, you will be enrolled at HBSB. However, we must receive your Course Fee before you may begin the courses. This is the process:

1. Complete the Application Form
2. Complete the References Form
3. Pay the $50.00 non-refundable application/enrollment fee
4. Pay the Course Fee:
a. Doctrinal Studies Certificate: $200.00 (Must be paid in full prior starting).
b. Bachelor of Biblical Studies (B.B.S.): $600.00*
*May be paid in full up front, or each Course Section may be paid [$200.00 each] as each is begun if the student prefers.

**At this time HBSB does not accept online payments. You must send a check payable to "FREEDOM BAPTIST CHURCH" and indicate "HBSB" on the Memo/For line. Payment must be mailed to:

Note: Do not leave any blank spaces on your forms or your application will be rejected. Please write “N/A” on any spaces that are not applicable to you.

Have the References Form completed as instructed, your pastor must provide his contact information for verification if he fills out the form online.

PROCESSING
Your application as a student will not be considered complete until ALL of the above requirements are met. You may make one check which includes all of your fees (example: $650.00 for app fee & B.B.S. program; $250.00 for Certificate program; etc.), then wait until completing the program before sending the graduation fee of $50.00.

COURSE COMPLETION AND GRADUATION
Section 1 of courses will be sent to you once your first course payment has been made. Once you complete Section 1 and have passed all courses, Section 2 will be sent (if paid), and the same for Section 3. Once all 3 course sections are completed, students will be notified if they have passed and earned the degree. At that time they may send in their Graduation Fee of $50.00 in order to receive their diploma and a copy of their transcripts.

NOTE: In order for your application to be complete, you must also submit your References Form and your $50.00 non-refundable application fee.
