Heritage Baptist School of the Bible is a ministry of the Freedom Baptist Church located in Plant City, Florida. The vision of HBSB, under the leadership of Pastor Tony Tirse, seeks to equip the serious Bible student with the biblical resources needed to serve our Lord Jesus Christ in the gospel ministry. HBSB is founded on three truths:
1. Spiritual growth comes through the Word of God. (I Peter 2:2)
2. Jesus commanded believers to live “by every word” of God. (Matthew 4:4)
3. The Great Commission commands every church to teach every member “all things” Christ commanded.

The courses at HBSB are designed to equip a wide scope of disciples to better serve Christ in the local church. These disciples range from pastors, missionaries and church planters to Sunday school teachers, Junior church workers and soul winners. To this end, HBSB offers two different programs:
- Doctrinal Studies Certificate – 12 Courses, fulfilling 24 Credit Hours
- Bachelor of Biblical Studies (B.B.S.) – 32 Courses, fulfilling 64 Credit Hours
